Send in your proof-of- purchase
Once you have received an email confirming your rebate submission, send this Confirmation Email and your proof-of-purchase invoice(s) for your new qualifying Intermec product(s) to intermeccs@marketvelocity.com or fax to 770-925-9064. You may also mail to:

Ship us the product
We will email you a pre-paid shipping label(s) and shipping instructions within one business day of validating your purchase invoice. Simply package your trade-in product(s), attach the label, and ship it to us.

Product received
We will notify you via email upon receipt of the product(s).

Check on your rebate status
Once you have logged in, you may select "View Trades" from the navigation bar to see the latest status of your claim. If you still have questions or you are having a problem, please contact intermeccs@marketvelocity.com or Market Velocity toll free at 1-855-545-2201 between 8am and 8pm Eastern Time, Monday - Friday. Email is the preferred method of communication in order to properly document and track communication.

Receive your check
Your rebate check will be issued approximately 6 to 8 weeks after the validation of your proof-of-purchase invoice and receipt of your trade-in product(s).
